Biceps Exercise

When most people think of lifting weights, the first exercise that comes to mind is a biceps exercise.  This exercise is easy to do, and it can help you increase overall arm strength.  However, we do recommend that you balance any biceps exercises with other exercises of the rotator cuff muscles.

The easiest biceps exercise is to curl with dumbbells.  Start with the dumbbell at your side with one end facing forward.  Slowly lift the dumbbell up towards your shoulder while rotating your wrist so that the dumbbell is parallel to your body (your large knuckles will be facing forward).
