Hamstring Stretch

There are several ways to stretch your hamstrings.  Probably the easiest way is to cross your legs while standing and lean forward.  Careful attention should be paid to making sure your low back keeps its curvature or remains flat.  You don't want to arch into too much flexion, especially if you have low back problems.
